"Decent trip, but the reminders were a bit much"
Had an okay trip with perdidoqueen overall. The crew was mostly friendly and professional, and they answered our questions when we needed help. Boarding went smoothly too, so no major complaints there. That said, some of the staff seemed a little distracted and not super organized at times, which made the service feel inconsistent. Also, the reminders before the trip were kind of aggressive, like way more messages than necessary, and it got annoying fast. Nothing terrible happened, but it could’ve been a better experience.

"Nice views, but the seating was uncomfortable"
the trip I booked through perdidoqueen was just okay. The views were nice enough, but the seating really took away from the experience. The chairs felt hard and kind of cramped, and after a little while my back started hurting. I thought it would be more relaxing, but I kept shifting around the whole time trying to get comfortable. I probably wouldn’t book again unless they improve the seats.

"Friendly staff made it worth it"
The staff was really friendly, that makes a difference to me. I know some people might focus on other details, but I feel like good service can really shape the whole experience. Everyone I dealt with was nice and welcoming, so I left feeling good about it...

"Beautiful Cruise, But It Ended Way Too Soon"
The cruise itself was really nice, and the boat was clean and comfortable, so no complaints there. But it felt like the moment we finally started to relax and take in the views, the whole thing was already wrapping up. It was kind of like getting a tiny taste of something great and then having it whisked away. I still enjoyed it, but I definitely wish there had been more time to just sit back, breathe, and enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed.

"Fine overall, but more stressful than expected"
It’s not bad, and it does the job for the most part, but I expected a little more for what I paid. I kept feeling like I had to deal with extra little issues I wasn’t expecting, which made the whole thing more stressful than it should’ve been. Overall it’s fine, but I’m not totally convinced the value is really there.

"Mostly fine for a quick visit"
I went with my kids and, it was okay. The staff were friendly, which helped, but the place felt a bit too crowded for us. There also wasn’t a whole lot to keep the younger ones entertained, so we didn’t stay as long as I thought we might. Not bad overall, just not something I’d rush back to unless we needed an easy outing

"Fun night, especially because of the entertainment"
I had a really good time on Perdido Queen, mostly thanks to the live entertainment. I can’t say if it’s always like that since I only caught part of the experience, but the night I was there, it was easy to follow and kept things fun without feeling overdone. The hosts seemed friendly, and it made the whole night better. I wasn’t planning to stick around that long, but I ended up watching more than I expected. 5 stars from me.

"We had a nice time on the Perdido..."
We had a nice time on the Perdido Queen and actually saw quite a bit of wildlife, which was great. There were dolphins, pelicans, and even a few fish jumping near the boat, so that part was fun. The crew was friendly enough, though I do wish the ride had lasted a little longer for the price. But hey, I guess time flies when you’re almost getting your money’s worth. Still, it was a fun afternoon and I’m glad we went.

"I actually liked the narration on Perdido Queen..."
I actually liked the narration on Perdido Queen more than I expected. The voice was clear and easy to listen to, and it didn’t have that overly polished, corporate-sounding vibe that usually makes me suspicious. A few parts dragged a little, but not enough to make me stop listening. Overall, solid experience. I’d give it 4 stars

"Easy to Use and Smooth Experience"
I had a really good experience using the site. The layout was simple to follow, pages loaded quickly, and I liked that I could find what I needed without clicking around forever. Everything felt straightforward from start to finish, and I didn’t run into any annoying glitches or confusion. I’d definitely use it again

"Worked okay, but felt a bit sketchy"
The site did work and I was able to get through it, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable using it. There wasn’t much clear info about security, and the checkout page made me second-guess things a little. I just wasn’t sure.

"Beautiful views and a relaxing ride"
I had a really nice time overall, mostly because the scenery was so pretty. There was something really relaxing about just sitting back and watching the water and shoreline go by. A few things weren’t perfect, but my gut says it was still worth it. I’d give it 4 stars and would probably go again sometime.

"Good food, just a couple little things"
I’m always a little skeptical of places that sound too perfect in their own descriptions, so I didn’t go in expecting some flawless experience. But the food was good overall. Everything tasted fresh and seemed cooked right, and my order had nice flavor with portions that felt fair. One item was a bit salty for my taste, but not enough to ruin it or anything. I still ate it and enjoyed the meal. I’d give it 4 stars, solid experience, just a couple small things could be better...

"Wish every boarding experience was this easy"
I kind of wish I’d known how smooth boarding the Perdido Queen would be because I wouldn’t have worried about it beforehand. The line moved quickly, and the staff made it easy to figure out where to go without any confusion. We got settled in fast, and everything felt really organized. It was a nice, stress-free start to the trip

"I ended up needing to cancel my order..."
I ended up needing to cancel my order and expected it to be annoying, but it wasn’t at all. I emailed perdidoqueen.com and they got back to me quickly, without a bunch of weird back and forth. There was just something about it that felt easy and low-stress. My refund came through a few days later, which I really appreciated

"Okay boat, but not the cleanest"
The boat was okay overall, I guess. It did the job, but it was a bit dirty when we got on, which kind of put me off. Maybe I’m being a little picky, but I expected it to be cleaner.

"Easy Visit, No Hassle"
Parking was way easier than I thought it would be, and we barely had to walk once we got there. The entrance was easy to spot too, which was nice since my mom moves a little slower. The staff pointed us in the right direction and everything was straightforward. Compared to some other places we’ve been to, this was just... overall a really smooth visit.

"Fast Drinks and Friendly Service"
Our drinks came out really quickly, and the staff was super nice the whole time. It was great not having to sit around waiting, which made the experience feel easy and relaxed. i left feeling really happy and cared for.
